Terms & Conditions
All sales are subject to follow the terms & conditions. Nothing affects your statutory consumer rights. By paying for an order, deposit and in full, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions.

1. Deposits
1.1. Deposits are non-refundable and valid for the chosen date on your confirmation.
1.2. All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit. If your order is placed with less than 2 weeks notice or is £40 or below, you will be required to pay the full amount.
1.3. Once you have received your confirmation, deposits must be made within 24 hours. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in the date opening up and other bookings may be taken. Dates cannot be held and no bookings will be made without a deposit.
1.4. Orders are confirmed once the 30% non-refundable deposit has been paid.
1.5. In extreme circumstances, if given no less than 3 months notice, your deposit may be transferred to another date within 6 months. Subject to availability only.
2. Final Payment
2.1. Final payment must be made at least 1 week prior to collection. If payment is not made in time, your order will not be made and therefore cancelled.
2.2. It is your responsibility to ensure the final payment is made on time.
3. Order Process & Order Confirmation
3.1. Bespoke orders will be discussed via email, booking form or Instagram and this information will then be displayed on your order confirmation.
3.2. It is your responsibility to check all of the details on your order confirmation are correct as this is what will be followed when making your order. We accept no responsibility for any mistakes to your order if they are not pointed out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving confirmation.

3.3. When sending ideas that include other artist’s designs, please be aware that no cake will ever be copied directly. Inspiration may be taken but the final design will be my own creation.
3.4. Should we need to contact you regarding your order, it will be the same form of communication used when booking. Please make sure you check regularly so you don’t miss any information.
4. Collection & Transportation
4.1. Celebration cakes will be handed over straight out of the fridge and in perfect condition. It is your responsibility to follow instructions for the cake to maintain their perfect condition.
-Make sure there is room in your fridge to place the cake once you arrive home/to your destination
-Please make sure air conditioning is on prior to collecting
-Place the cake in the passenger footwell, not on the passengers lap or seat
-Drive slowly over bumps & around bends
4.2. All celebration cakes are made fresh and best served 2-3 days of collection to enjoy them at their best.
4.3. Unless specified upon collection, all other orders are best kept at room temperature.
4.4. Should there be any damage to your order once collected, it is no longer our responsibility and we cannot be certain we will be available to resolve the damage.
5. Decorations
5.1. Occasionally your order will contain non-edible items such as flowers, acrylic toppers and dowels. Please ensure they are all removed prior to consuming.
6. Storage & Shelf Life
6.1. We recommend celebration cakes to be consumed within 2-3 days of collection. Once cut wrap in clingfilm, store in an air tight container and keep in the fridge.

6.2. Celebration cake can be frozen but should be consumed within 1 month.
6.3. Cupcakes should be consumed within 2 days of collection. If the weather is hot, please store in the fridge.
6.4. All other orders are recommended to be consumed within 3 days of collection or arrival to be enjoyed at their best.
7. Allergies
7.1. It is the customers responsibility to make us aware of any allergies and dietary requirements. We strongly recommend that anyone with allergies does not eat our bakes and we accept no liability for any reactions from consuming our cakes and bakes.
7.2. All orders are made in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, nuts, tree nuts and soya. We cannot guarantee that orders will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients.
7.3. All allergen information will be displayed on the packaging of your order. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1. Should there be a rare occasion where we need to cancel an order due to extreme circumstances, any payment made including deposits will be refunded. We will only deal with the customer who placed the order.
8.2. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for any orders cancelled by the customer. Subject to availability, we may be able to transfer your order to another date within 6 months however, this is not guaranteed.
8.3. Where possible, we will try to help find another baker of the same quality to fulfil your order.
9. Complaints
9.1. Complaints are rare as we put a lot of love, care, attention & detail into every order. Any complaints must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of collection or delivery of your order so we are able to fairly assess the nature of the complaint.

9.2. If you complaint is regarding the quality of your order, it must be returned to us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of collection or delivery to allow a fair assessment of the complaint.

9.3. Both parties agree not to post any negative comments about the other without any advance written warning of the intended content and not giving the other party a chance to resolve the complaint.

9.4. Please note, we are only able to deal with the client who placed the order.
