I offer delivery for dessert tables & wedding set ups or you can order postal cookies, brownies or blondies to be delivered right to your door. Celebration cakes, cupcakes and other orders are collected from Stevenage. If you're unable to collect, please contact Georgia at info@happybakeshappycakes.co.uk to discuss other options.

NYC cookies, brownies and blondies can be shipped anywhere in the UK & Northern Ireland.

I take a 30% deposit on all orders to secure your booking. If your order is under £25.00, full payment is required to book. The remaining payment must be paid no later than 1 week prior to collection. If the remaining payment is not made, your order will not be made and therefore, cancelled.

Any seasonal items on my website will be paid for by card when purchasing. Cash is not accepted.

Collections are available Monday - Saturday. Collection times may vary depending on events happening that week but this will be communicated to you when placing your order.

There may be times when this changes due to holiday or personal events.

• Make sure you have your air conditioning on in your vehicle, especially in the summer.

• Please hold your cake from underneath to avoid damaging the cake design.

• Place your cake in the passenger footwell or boot of your car, ensuring nothing can fall and damage the cake. I recommend driving slowly round corners, roundabouts and over bumps.

• When you arrive to your destination, place your cake in the fridge and allow to come to room temperature before serving. This will depend on the size of the cake.

All cakes are decorated in buttercream and will melt if not kept in a fridge. A lot of time, care and attention goes into decorating your cake so please follow the above. I am longer responsible for the safety of your cake once it has been collected.

Cakes are best eaten within 2-3 days of collection. If you plan on freezing some, wrap in clingfilm and consume within 1 month.

Unfortunately I cannot chase deposits so, if you haven't paid within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation, you will not be booked in. Please contact Georgia to re-check availability for your chosen date.

Unfortunately I do not but I am able to recommend bakers who do.
